Welley

Social Worker BA BSW RSW

I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you helping you make sense of your experiences, uncover patterns that may feel unclear, and create space for growth, healing, and change.

Together, we will explore the challenges you’re facing with curiosity and compassion, bringing attention to the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that often go unnoticed. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, life transitions, relationship challenges, behavioural difficulties, self-harm, stress, struggles within peer or family relationships, and self-esteem.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Ninette

Registered massage therapist

With nearly five years of hands-on experience as an RMT in Saskatoon, I focus on relieving chronic muscle tension, improving mobility, and helping clients move through daily life with less pain and restriction.

As a student Manual Osteopathic Therapist, I am expanding my practice to include whole-body alignment and a more integrated view of how the body heals and functions.

My approach combines therapeutic massage with gentle osteopathic principles to go beyond short-term relief and address the underlying source of discomfort. Each treatment is tailored to support recovery, restore balance, and encourage the body’s natural healing process so you can return to your routine with greater ease and confidence.
